The Company
Gadloch Limited is a new property management company and was accepted onto the Scottish Government’s Property Factors Register in May of 2015. The directors hope to bring a fresh approach to residential property management by focusing on property in the local area and by providing a proactive approach to service provision and property management. The company intend that staff will be largely based on site and will be available to speak to and meet with homeowners whenever required to help resolve any conserns.

Craig Hunter is the managing director of Gadloch Limited and is responsible for the management of all residential property.
