Where an individual homeowner feels they may be due a refund from Gadloch Limited, they should intimate this in writing to 29 Auchinloch Road, Lenzie Glasgow, G66 5ES or by email to enquiries@gadloch.co.uk
Where incorrect or duplicate payments have been made in error a full refund of any overpayment will be processed within 7 days.
After change of ownership of an individual property a full refund of any owners float contribution and/or overpayment of annual service charge contribution will be processed within 7 days of computation of final account.
In the event that Gadloch Limited’s services are terminated a refund of individual owners float contribution and/or overpayment of annual service charge contribution will be processed after final calculation of all common accounts, less any outstanding charges due at this time.
